they turned on the metering lights early at 6:00. we started to see delays in the cash and fastrak lanes then. on the maps we are watching a couple of different problems. first the approaches to the bay bridge still look good. but if you are heading through the caldecott tunnel eastbound 24, this is going against the commute, we do have a stall in the tunnel so it is partially blocking that one eastbound bore that's open right now. so expect some delays heading out of oakland towards orinda. westbound still looks good. also in the south bay northbound 101 approaching capitol expressway. we have an accident there. it is still there blocking one lane. possibly a second accident near tully is off to the right-hand shoulder. but this is what it's doing to the drive time. a little stop and go from 280 towards 237. 280 through downtown looks great and the guadalupe parkway no delays. a quick note of course it's monday night football tonight at candlestick. 49ers and bears, 5:30 is game time. so expect some delays along 101, 280 maybe a bet
